Your Role

As a Student Assistant at our Hamburg office, you will work closely with our Asset Management team to support a portfolio of German PV and BESS projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in renewable energy asset management while contributing to critical operational processes.

Primary tasks

• Organizing and maintaining document management systems.
• Handling internal workflows and ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
• Updating and managing data in Obton’s internal management system.
• Overseeing practical office tasks, such as managing office supplies and logistics.

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail (including group email addresses).

• Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

General expectations

• You are in your final year of a Bachelor’s degree or the first year of a Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
