employee is a part of an employer-administered pension scheme from PFA. The
total pension contribution is 12% of the base salary. The employees share is 4%
(or more) and the company's share is 8%.

decent saving when you retire from work. Besides saving for retirement the
agreement with PFA includes insurances as; health Insurance, Critical illness,
loss of earning capacity and life insurance.
