Primary task

We are looking for a qualified new colleague, where some of your primary tasks will be:

• Assessment of tax consequences of restructuring
• Analyze new tax legislation and assess whether there are new business opportunities
• Review of tax issues when purchasing new projects
• Preparation and review of taxable income for Obton and projects
• Be the go-to person for colleagues' questions about tax, VAT, etc.
• Ongoing correspondence with external advisers
• Be a part of a team preparing the future road map for investments structure

In the Tax & Structure team we have the overall responsibility for tax services relating to contracts, agreements, structuring etc. to other teams in Obton. The key focus for you is to provide specialized tax and company structuring advise to support the deal process from the acquisition and development stage to full integration and into operation stage. You will hereby have an important role and have close cooperation with colleagues both in Denmark and abroad.

General expectations of competences and experience

• Solid experience with Danish corporate tax
• Knowledge about transfer pricing
• Knowledge of personal tax and VAT
• Danish and English in written and spoken
• Experience in cooperation with foreign tax advisors
